Hi guys,i'have made a customization adding an italian form for ticket submitting but seems that after a while the cdata entry of those ticket became something like . The ticket data like subject or priority are not showed into the tickets list view but are present on the ticket page.The english ticket form and the emails ticket are not affected by this issue.Can please someone tell me where are the functions or the object that update the cdata table, so i can fix my problem?
