I have a question on changing the owner of a ticket...I have recently had a client leave our happy support group and would like to change all their ticket owners to our senior support technician, so they remain in the system for future reference. So can this be done for all their tickets in one go - or do I have to manually change this on a per ticket basis? If it's not possible for multiple tickets I can see this being a useful ticket - editing multiple fields on multiple tickets:Select the tickets (through search perhaps?) tick all that you wish to change >> press the 'mass edit' button and show the fields that all could be edited. Thanks in advance :)

Currently this is not possible via the UI.You have to either change every single ticket (ticket by ticket), or create a script to modify the mysql database directly - but this requires some knowledge and testing for sure before you'll let such a script run on your live osTicket database.

Thanks Chefkeks - I guessed as much.Do you think it's worth adding a feature request?

I think it would be perfect for a feature request to be realized as a plugin (once the plugin system is ready).

+1I for one would like to see better tools for user manipulation, and things like this.
