Hey guys. I don't think this is an issue with OSTicket, I think this is me not knowing enough about regex. Currently running OSTicket 1.9.5.1.Here's my problem -- One of the fields we use on the Ticket Information form is 'Location of device in your room'. Every so often, we get a wonderful individual that will enter 'United States' in this field. I want to put a stop to this, and I saw that I can use a regex validator. Here's what I've got for my regex filter/(\W|^)United States(\W|$)/iuThe result from this filter is that the ticket will only be accepted if I enter United States in that field. If I enter anything else, it doesn't submit the ticket and gives me my error message meant for folks entering United States. How can I flip this around to reject any ticket that enters United States in that field? A followup question is if I'd also like to include the abbreviation of US or USA, would I just separate each entry with a pipe?
