I write a answer in osTicket and want to take a colleague in CC, which is agent too. I click to 'Add Recipients' and search for the colleague. It will be found but if I select nothing happens or it I get a message that it is not in directory.How can I do this without putting agents in user-directory.Niels
Unfortunately it is currently not possible - the possibility I personally see is to create a team (with all the agents) and assign the ticket to the team instead of an agent ... don't know if that full-fills your needs, but give it a try ;)
Thanks Chefkeks,Yes, teams will be a option. But if yo have 8 agenents and they conme together to teams from 2 up to 4 agent, depending on the job you have to crate many teams to have all options ;-)Niels
Yes, unfortunately teams are not so dynamic, but hopefully in the future this will be improved.
