Hi all,My osTicket-1.8-1.9.3 is installed on Centos 6.4 64bit
server. Sometimes when a ticket is assigned to IT staffs ==> osTicket
send alert emails to them , but these emails cannot be read (with MS
Outlook) because uft8 encode/decode problem, example :
