Hello,I want to know if it's possiible to mark tickets (automatically) as closed, if the customer didn't replied for a 48-hour period.For example a canned message that will say."We've noticed that you didn't reply for over 48 hours, so we're marking this ticket as closed. If you want to reopen-it just reply to this email or login to our support center".Any thoughts are much appreciated.Thanks and have a GREAT day!Cheers.
