Setting up Cron under GoDaddy cPanel

I am trying to set up Cron to poll the email address so I do not have to have the support site open to receive new ticket notifications. I had cron working when I had the site on my own computer, and knew the paths. Does anyone have this set up on their installation on godaddy? If so what are your paths to php and the /api folder?This is what I have setup now, but it's not working.* * * * * /opt/alt/php55/ $HOME/public_HTML/support/api/cron.php

I read that article and called goDaddy. they gave me the other path. I have changed it back, but i must still be missing something. Is there a better option? email is through office 365, site hosting is godaddy

I haven't used GoDaddy hosting for a really long time so I can't really help that much with specifics.If the cron is running from another server though you need to setup an API key and edit the rcron.php in the /scripts folder of the download archive. You can try going to Admin panel -> Settings and change Default Log Level: to Debug.

figured it out. Now to figure out why OST won't use the office365 smtp sever....
