So the users and organizations are in Russian, When I wrote the part, or whole username, or org name in russian,in order to search them in a list, system reports, there is no items, which fit to that criteria. If i set some names with english letters instead of russian, system give me the list of variants to chose, even if i wrote a solo letter, that exist in the name(s). But everything's work find if I start to search between the Tickerts, in that case, all russian letters and words are acceptable.
