The osTicket developers are still working on the plugin feature for osTicket - so it's not fully implemented right now and since it's not ready there is no official documentation.But you can follow these un-official guide here and give it a try: http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//unofficial-plugin-development-guide#latest

Hi Chefkeks, could you tell me where I can get User Manual for osTicket 1.9.5 ?P.S.I do not understand how to use 'Filter', 'API Keys' etc.

Unfortunately the documentation is lacking a bit, but since osticket is really intuitive and easy to use, I personally never missed an info yet.
