Hello,I installed the latest version of osTicket (1.9.5.1). When I send an email to helpdesk@mydomain.com, enter the email inbox of Outlook but not the ticket appears to last a long time (5, 8, or more minutes). I have configured to extract emails from Gmail IMAP server every minute.How I can do to make the emails appear instantly on the panel open tickets or at least update it every minute as configured?A greeting,Arthur
