Hello, I installed osTicket (v1.9.5.1) and I have enabled the KB from the admin.The users do not see the KB and even if I visit http://mydomain/osticket/kb/ it redirects me to http://mydomain/osticket/It looks like $cfg->isKnowledgebaseEnabled() variable is false although I have "Knowledge Base Status" checked from the Admin.Is there something else one should config in order to enabled the KB?Regards
