Knowledgebase not available for users

Hello, I installed osTicket (v1.9.5.1) and I have enabled the KB from the admin.The users do not see the KB and even if I visit http://mydomain/osticket/kb/ it redirects me to http://mydomain/osticket/It looks like $cfg->isKnowledgebaseEnabled() variable is false although I have "Knowledge Base Status" checked from the Admin.Is there something else one should config in order to enabled the KB?Regards

The knowledge base will appear after you create the first FAQ - so stupid question, but beside enabling the KB did you also create a FAQ?Beside, sometimes it helps to disable and re-enable ;)

I have already created one category with two questions.I have disabeled and enabled the checkbox from admin.I checked the ost_ait_config table and the value for the kb is 1.I did a little hack on the kb/kb.inc.php by adding a var_dump($cfg->isKnowledgebaseEnabled()). The result is always false.After Chefkeks comment ... I realised there is a 'Publish FAQ' option (a drop down at the end of the each question in a FAQ category). As soon as I published the first question the KB option showed in the user's menu.Thank you Chefkeks for the hint!!The only problem now is that I want the KB to be available only to logged in users. Is this possible?

No unfortunately it is currently not possible to limit the kb to only logged on users.
