Hi, I want to add to statusses on the ticket overview dashboard.I want to add the last update date and time in a ticket and the agent who placed the update.Also i want to add the status of the ticket on the ticket overview dashboard.How can i configure this ?Thanks in advance

There is no way to do that via the ui.  You would have to locate and modify the code that generates the dashboard.  I imagine that the code is located in the following file:/scp/dashboard.phpIt's not something that I've ever tried to do and I don't think I've ever even looked at that file more than in passing, so its not something that I can instruct you how to do.
