I installed OSTicket about a week ago and so far is working great.

I have browsed the forum for a couple of hours and don't see where anyone has done this:

On a weekly basis we send to our customers a list of open and closed tickets with all transactions that took place for each ticket.

I would like to have the export function get this additional data into the CSV file for us to import into excel where we can manipulate further if needed.

If someone has some code to do this we can add the PHP or if someone can assist with how this works in PHP (to get data) we can try.
