I created a custom form to collect additional information to every ticket-task. After that I called 'Manage Forms' in a ticket view and added the form. But the form will not displayed. I tested at the User Directory too. Here it will appear if I edit a user.
After that I get the idea to edit the ticket and I found my form.
So I know it's working but not like I want :-(
Is it not possible to add forms on a ticket-task like 'Post Reply' or 'Post Internal Note'? Is it possible to add another action here?
