So I found a "work around" for this. Basically the issue was that Bluehost only allows for fetching from their own servers (the email must reside on Bluehost) from what I can tell. So this is what I did:Since DomainA.com is a Google Apps domain, it wouldn't allow it to fetch because the email resides on Gmail servers. But I have another domain, let's call it DomainB.com that is still using Bluehost mail. So I created a support@domainB.com. I then had support@DomainA.com (Gmail) forward all mail to support@DomainB.com and then configured OSTicket to fetch mail from support@DomainB.com (Bluehost). So whenever somebody sends mail to support@DomainA.com (gmail), it forwards to support@DomainB.com (Bluehost) and then OSTicket fetches it and auto generates a ticket. The new ticket generated shows up in my in box and everything works as it should! Whee!@[deleted] Thanks for your vigilance my friend!
