Upload error with files larger than 2 MB (checked php.ini)

I am having an issue uploading files larger than 2 MB.I have set my PHP.ini settings to change the max_upload_size and max_post_size up to 8 MB and 32 MB, respectively, and restarted my web server + php services, however the problem continues.I checked my Ticket Settings and changed from 2 MB to 8 MB (so OSTicket is definitely picking up the changes from PHP side of things). But still any file I upload larger than 2 MB gives this error:File Upload Errorundefined413FYI I am trying to upload to the Knowledgebase specifically - I do not see any specific max file size setting for the KB (is there another place I need to change the settings?)Thanks,

I am uploading an attachment to a KB article vs uploading to a ticket. I didn't see any settings pertaining to max upload size for KB articles; only for the tickets under Settings.Regards

There is no such thing in osTicket as a "KB article". There are FAQs and canned responses.Which one are you trying to upload a file to so that I can try to replicate your issue?

Since there are 2 settings (1 for agents, 1 for end users) make sure to change the correct one to 8MB.

Beside I recommend to take a look at the PHP/web server log.
