I like to give a ticket other statuses like 'open' and 'closed'. For example 'waiting for customer response' or 'solved'. Is this possible?

Admin Panel > Manage > Lists > Ticket Statuses
Go to:Admin Panel > Manage > Lists > Ticket Statusesand click on the "Items" tab at the top
