Language Pack is not working

Hi! I installed the spanish language pack in mi local computer to test and works fine. When i move the folder and database to hosting, the language pack is not working, and when i configure to use the spanish language, all of pages turn to white and i cant see anything :/Any help?

Check your PHP error log. My first guess is that your remote server doesn't support .phar, or isn't running PHP 5.3+.Getting the errors from the PHP error log will tell us whats going on.

The remote server support .phar but have PHP 5.3.29. Will be that?

1. You should download the installation file(s) from http://osticket.com/downloads not git hub.2. If it works locally, but not on the server you moved it to, then there is obviously a difference between the servers configurations. You will need to consult the error logs to find out what that error is. With out posting the errors, we cannot assist you further on this.
