Restricting access to internal notes

We would like to restrict access to internal notes to a particular group of users. Does anybody have any ideas about how to go about this.

Users already cannot see internal notes. They are internal, and only Agents can see them.

Thank you for the response. My question was not very clear. I understand the users do not have access, however, we have a need to restrict access to employees as well.

I guess then you need to modify the source code since this is definitely not possible at the UI level.

@[deleted] is correct, all Agents have access to see internal notes and there is no way to change that in the UI. You would have to alter the core source files to achieve this. It's sorta of the point of internal notes that users cannot see them, but agents can.
