hi,because all text is stipped out after the separator, we often recieve empty emails because customers ignore the message … so, i would like to emphase the first line by font size or color and would like to know which files i have to edit.thanks for any support

are you sure? i mean, a can edit the content but how to edit the appearance, especially of the "strip quoted reply"?

(öhm, i have a feeling of déjà vu …) could any one go a little bit more precise - please?the strip quoted reply is not part of this section. i assume that there is a command in a file that place the strip quoted reply message between the subject and the message. my thought was to edit this part.
Ok, now I understand.So you don't want to change the reply separator tag itself, instead you'd like to change the appearance of it right in the source code.So I would start taking a look at either/include/class.mailer.phpor/include/class.mailparse.php
The Reply Separator Tag is located at Admin panel -> Settings -> Emails -> Reply Separator Tag.
