How to set up multililingual installation

Hello!Currently I am running OSTicket 1.9 in english on both agent and customer side. Now I need another language to the customers view and later maybe more languages. I guess I could install another OSticket for the new language, but then i would also have to use two different ostickets to see the tickets. So what I need: Client side on 2 languages (or more) All the tickets to the same osticket (scp)What whould be the best way to set up this? Or should I consider some other software?

The Multilanguage feature is not complete at this time. That being said, you can easily download and add language packs to your existing installation, although you should probably upgrade to 1.9.5.1 first.To Download language packs go to:http://osticket.com/downloadClick on Language Packs.Users can then choose their language in their preferences. It may try to detect the language from the browser and display that also... but I haven't played with language packs much to be sure.

Ok. And forgot to say, the 1.9 im running is manually translated into the core files. So that'll be a problem. Perhaps I should make a clean install and set this whole thing up again from the beginning. And also do some tesing locally on how to build it.So, further investigation needed. Thank you anway! :)
