Once again, the canned response system will not take a new response.It took a couple, then quit - sending me to a page not found. Tried another PC - same issue.Logged out, logged in, no help.I thought this was working, but it turns out something is still not correct.Yes, it is enabled in both places. User is an admin. If it helps to know - the top level of the site is a WordPress site, but there are no integrations or customizations that we have made between the two.But WordPress is handling the 'Page Not Found' error. (It doesn't 'say' 404 but that's what it does for 404.)
