The subject kind of explains it. I want to quickly assign / transfer a ticket or take one over without typing a comment. I found this article but it doesn't seem to be the same thing.
I believe that the article you linked is essentially the same error.
Hey ntozier,I was able to edit a ticket and save changes without having to leave a comment but when I try to transfer the ticket to another agent, it requires a comment. Any ideas?
