Adding Created By on Client View Screen V1.9.5

Hi, I am trying to add Created By User on the initial ticket summary view screen.

I have created an organisation and have added a permanent collaborator.

But they want to see who is creating these tickets.

I think it is in tickets.inc.php where I need to add the field but not sure how to add it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

osticket already does this.If the ticket is opened by a user, its owned by said user.If the ticket is opened by a staff for a user it adds a internal note saying so. like this02/17/2015 8 pm New Ticket by Agent SYSTEMTicket created by agent - Neil Tozier

Hi Neil,

Sorry I wanted to add the column at the end where the clients view all of the tickets.

I will add a screenshot.

There is no way to do that in the ui.You would have to edit the core source files.This thread ought to point you in the right direction for the staff side, which may help you on how to do it on the client side.
