Installation Issue on Windows 2003

I am attempting to install v1.9.5.1 on a Window Server 2003. I have an older version of osTicket that I installed about 2-3 years ago.That I am still using today. This is a NEW install that I am going run for a completely different application. PHP 5.3.1, MySQL, IIS 6 is all installed.After moving my upload file into the directory I want. In my browser I navigated to ****/setup and this is the error I get. PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\sp_orders\include\class.plugin.php on line 155Any advice is appreciated.

The only time that I have seen that error is when someone is not actually running PHP 5.3+. It's likely that your version of PHP needs to be updated, or you have more than one version of PHP installed and are using the wrong one. :)You could make a file and put <?php phpinfo(); ?> in it and browse to that and see what version it says your running.

It was using 5.2, now I have it updated working working with 5.3, And ever since the update, on my old Ticketing system I am getting Fatal Error: Contact System Administrator.

Whats the PHP error log say?

Sounds like you will want to upgrade the old installation also.

I was hoping to not have to do that since I created about 10 new fields in the new ticket page and altered most of the existing to make it fit my needs a little better.

Well the alternative is that you could run two versions of php on the same server.
