When i try to click the right user it does not populate the form field but when i use enter key its working. When i open it in internet explorer arrow up and down does not work to select the drop down list .

This works fine on my installation.What web browser?Are you running a language pack?You might want to upgrade to 1.9.5.1. (which is what I'm running.)

it works fine in chrome but not in IE . btw i use same version as yours. 1.9.5.1 with arabic language pack.

Are you using any sort of pop up or script blocker plugins on IE?I ask mainly because ABP makes it not work under Firefox until I disabled it for my internal site, so I thought that it might be likely that you had a similar issue.
