Hello!I think the answer is probably no, but figured I'd ask in case someone had an easy solution:The custom forms are great, and we are going to use that to track Tasks per ticket, but we need a way to count these "form numbers" by agent. So if one agent has 300 "tasks" total (i.e. a count of 300 number entries in the custom form) having a way to add those up on the dashboard, for example.I know this would be possible with some database/php finagling, just figured I see if there was any other way.Thanks!
