I installed the latest version that was available on the download page, using the Quick Install feature at Host Gator.
I went to the ticket section as a user, but there is no way for a user to attach anything - yet it shows that in the osticket screenshots.
Is that something I have to enable somewhere? If so, where?
Also, I didn't like the default "admin" log in, so I added another user at Admin level... (me)... but for some reason cannot log in as that person.
No confirmation email was received to prompt for pw change, etc. Do I have to do something to enable that new admin person (me)... so I can delete the original one?
