Hi! I'm looking for help. We implemented this system to internal use in the company and we want to extend the service to our customers. But we have a problem. How i can add a field to Answer? We implement a solution and it have a "Solution Type", and we need this field in reply page, to reply to our customer the solution and the solution type.If anyone can help, please.Thanks!
