This is a fairly fresh install of OSTicket. I'm attempting to have alerts send out to techs who have been assigned a ticket. Unfortunately, if I create a ticket on someone Else's behalf and assign it to a tech with a valid email address in their profile, it does not send an email to them. Any clue why this is? I have gotten this to work once, but it only works when the opposite happens... If a customer creates a ticket, the tech might receive the alert, not sure about whether the customer receives their notification or not.
I've checked the admin settings and made sure that the settings for alerts are enabled. Any insight into this issue?
