How to use archieve in v1.9.5?
You really can't at this point.It's just a separate status.The devs have said that an archive mod might be a thing at some point.
i want to archive all my previous ticket from 2013 and 2014. Is there any another way
Do you want to ever be able to retrieve them?If not then you can change the status to archive, and then write a custom SQL query to drop all records associated with any ticket with a status of archive.
Where is the status 'archive'. I can only find open close and resolved
