manual ticket show blank white bar

Hello, I have installed Ticket board successfully. But i have one query while creating new Ticket and Adding "NEW ORGANIZATION".While crating new ticket from my staff panel it freezes in a little window. I have tried it on several browsers. Can you please check the issue? I have attached screenshot for your reference.I have configured with NginixPlease provide me the resolution ASAP

No screen shot attached.No version of osTicket referenced.Check Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information.Use a supported webserver. NGINX is not supported.Or read the issue threads at github about how to change your gninx configuration to make it work.Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting

Thanks for your help.I have installed it successfully. But i want to activate the feature like osTicket does support integration with organization to ticket creation. It Means Should be having some different set of tickets of each client (organization).How can I do this? Please help

You need to configure the webserver to work right with osTicket.HAve you read the threads I indicated?
