Error undefined 400 when uploading pdf

When larger files (particularly PDF) are trying to be attached / uploaded to a ticket (Not *too* large, say 9 mb) the progress bar appears to kick into action but then an error pops up 'File upload erorr : undefined400).All file upload limits as far as I am aware are turned up to at least 32 mb.My installation:Windows 7 EnterprisePHP: 5.6.3Apache/2.4.10Osticket 1.9.5Any idea...?

Oscar,There are about 3 settings in php.ini that can affect uploads. Do you know how to create phpinfo file? If so, please show us the output of that. I may be going down the wrong path, but we'll know that once you post the output of the phpinfo command.Thanks.Jack

Do you store the attachments in the database or do you use any plugin to store them anywhere else (e.g. Amazon S3 or local file system) ?

Yes, i'm using the local file system plugin...

So my guess is that the file system storage plugin is the cause since I've never seen an issue like that with the attachments stored in the database.Beside switching back to the database for attachment storage, I would suggest to take a look at the logs. It's unlikely but maybe changing permissions (to Everyone = Full Access OR chmod 777) on the folder where you store the attachments helps.
