Hello,I would like call an alert when agent leaves the ticket. I have tried to put the event in ticket-view.php, but no luck. Could someone point me in the right direction. It looks like my method in ticket-view.php get's overwritten by another.Edit: I also tried scp.js but no luck either!Thanks!
