Hi All,os Ticket 1.9.4Web Server IIS/8.0MySQL 5.1.73PHP 5.6.0Can I have custom "State" in osTicket and to add that state into Agengt Panel -> Tickets -> Open && Answered tabs? Or to have custom state as Sub-menu?For example client has an issue with my product and that particular problem/bug will be fixed in the next release of software. So I need to keep the ticket status "Open", but I would like to change status to "In release schedule", keep it as Open and to be able to see this in Agent -> Tickets -> Open/Answered in an extra column.At the moment what I did is Admin Panel -> Manage -> Lists -> Items -> In release schedule -> Properties -> State: Open.Can I add an extra state in here somehow? Or can I take other approach - I've changed "Priority" level to "Low", so can I change the name of "Low" to anything I want? Or can I add custom "Priority" value?Any help is appreciated
