Hi...
Just installed osTicket fo the first time, and it looks pretty awesome...
I'm gonna use it as part of our companies intranet solution for keeping track of issues logged to the iT department (me).
We're only a small company (50 users), so having to complete the user details form each time they log a fault will soon become tiresome for them.
A great feature (maybe it's already there but I haven't located it yet!!) would be to have the ability to register all the users when I initially set up osTicket, so all they had to do was log in with a username/password when they logged a fault...
Whaddya reckon??
