Here is your problem: PHP Version: 5.2.17osTicket requires PHP 5.3+.

You're very welcome. :)BTW the reason that your getting the white screen is that you are actually getting a PHP error (due to the fact that you're not running the current version required) and its being suppressed. You could enable error display or check your PHP error logs to confirm.
