As far as I know there is no variable available for the due date. But maybe there is one which was not 'discovered' yet, so I will have a look at that tomorrow to see if there is a variable or workaround for that.
Otherwise you could modify the table on end user portal to have an extra column to show the due date.
That are the 2 options (beside adding the due date manually in the response) at the moment.
