hey guys,
i have got the problem, that sometimes my osticket autoresponse to a e-mailadress of another company, what also use a autoresponder.
That causes a infinite loop:
my responder respondes his,
his responder respondes mine,
my responder respondes his,
and so on.
Sometimes I stand up at the morning and have 400 emails from one other emailadress because of an autoresponder loop..
is there anyway to protect it?
I already enabled the option "a maximum of 1 ticket per 60 seconds" but it does not help.
Any ideas?
