Hello community,
i have a simple question and i hope you can help me!
We are using v1.9.4 and we are happy with the Programm. But sometimes we get kicked off from osticket. The Setting "Inactivity Limit" ist set to 0 and the hock "binding to IP-adress" is also not set. Unfortunately, all the settings do not achieve the desired result. I have already searched all over the Forums and the Internet but with no success. I have also set the loglevel to "debug" but i dont know where osticket stores the logfiles.
osticket is installed with xampp on a W2008R2 Server and the Users are using IE.
Any hints? THX! Sam
