osticket was previously in the osticket directory in httpdocs on website.
Currently the content of the website moved on server 1(but points to the domain which is on server 2) and the osticket needs to be set up on server 2 on osticket.website.com
I moved everything across and managed to login into the new website with the staff password and username. (and see all the old tickets open and closed)
The problem is: the email that clients sent emails to and that opens a ticket is support@website.com and it's on a pop3 server and even if I can set it up on my outlook and I receive emails from it no tickets are opened on osticket when we send emails to it.
Why could this be happening ?
What other settings or configuration files I need to change?
