Hello!I'm looking how i can add the field "Help Topic" to the View Tickets page. Any one can help me, please?I have the original view and i want to add Help Topic, but i dont found the line in include/staff/tickets.inc.php file.
Help Topic is already displayed on the ticket view. Right hand column, 5th item from the top.So I have no idea what you are asking...
