Iam looking for two solutions.
Frist
After I check the checkbox for closing a Ticket and submit it, the System redirect my to the “listening Page” how can I disable it? Because sometimes I need to do some more on this Ticket.
Second
If I move a Ticket from on to the other department, I need to fill out some text in the text-field. Can I pre-define a standard-text somewhere?
