Hello!I installed osTicket on a webserver. Everything works, LDAP plugin installed and configured, but not works. If i search in users, i see my AD users, but i cant login with these users.Where can i turn on client login with LDAP auth?Thanks for help!

HAve you created accounts for them in osT?  They need accounts before they can log in.Q: Where can i turn on client login with LDAP auth?A: Admin panel -> Manage -> Plugins -> LDAP -> Client Authentication (at the bottom)

I have the same issue clients can't authorization but staff is ok

I have registred client (not staff member) in the system, registered him with setting LDAP authorization. But no success. With staff members LDAP authorization works well.

Resolved.I have installed on CentOS and the problem have been resolved.

My install is on ubuntu webserver. I created users, selected backend LDAP auth, but cant login. System keep say Access denied. Log is on debug level, and it says wrong login, nothing more. In LDAP auth settings page client auth checked also staff auth too.What can i do? osticket has any more detailed debug log, or debug function?My LDAP source is a centos samba4 AD server, with ~70 user. Openfire xmpp server works great with LDAP, so promlem is in osticket somewhere. :(

yes, i created user, selected backend LDAP, and client side says access denied. Where can i enable some debug info?

Admin panel -> Settings -> Default Log Level.You can also check your PHP error logs on your server.
