Display "Department" section in Tickets portion of Agent Panel

I'd like there to be a column that displays the department the ticket is under.

Sorry, accidentally submitted my post too early.Currently, "Ticket, Date, From, Priority, and Assigned To" are displayed. Is there an easy way to add a column displaying the ticket's respective Department as well? blank

Ah, thank you ntozier.However, do I really need to download a whole list module to do this? There isn't some quick coding change I can make to display Department?

Hi.My apologies, but I do not understand how the discussion in the thread ntozier linked helps display departments. The Mod added a a column to display status, which is similar to what I need, however, I need it to display Department as a column instead. If I could get some help either editing this Mod or editing the code, that would be hugely appreciated :)

The thread discusses how to add columns. If you want to add a column you will have to code it yourself. The thread gives you the basics of how to do so for various different versions.
