Problem with popup on new ticket

The popup won't open to select the client. So whats the problem. Maybe Ajax and php ?I tried to edit the setting of the php path correction. Same problem.

Beside possible ajax errors, try to clear your browsers cache or use a new private/incognito browser window ;)That often helps me.

I tried another browser (Chrome) but nothing helps. First I have to say that the help popups are also empty. I use the hiawatha webserver. Some kind of rare server but works perfect for my other sites.

You haven't really provided us with any real meaningful information about your setup, other than to tell us that you use a webserver software that we do not support. You haven't even told us what version of osT your running.Do you have cgi.fix_pathinfo enabled in your php.ini? as indicated at Admin panel -> Dashboard -> InformationPlease help us to help you by reading and following the posting

Sounds like an .htaccess issue. nginx seem to have the same problem. There is a post about nginx on github how to fix it. That might give you insight to fixing the issue with your web server.https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.7/issues/538Since you use a webserver that we do not support you're really on your own to fix the problem, but hopefully I'm right about the cause.
