File upload error : undefined400

When larger files (particularly PDF) are trying to be attached / uploaded to a ticket (Not *too* large, say 12mb) the progress bar appears to kick into action but then an error pops up 'File upload erorr : undefined400).If I shrink the PDF using an online utility it uploads fine, but ideally it should be able to be uploaded in the original larger size. All file upload limits as far as I am aware are turned up to at least 100mb.Any suggestions?
