Basics Setup Help for School

Hey everybody,im opening this post because i have to create a job for the school and it's about creating a support ticket system and i've decided to use osTicket.The thing is that my teacher didn't explained us nothing about to how to do anything and i have a lot of questions.But instead of asking you everything, i just would like to know what are the most important things to configure the system to have it working fine.I thing that i just need the basics, to have it working, receiving tickets and not so much more so.. what shold i configure?Thanks!.

I think you'll like it, once you have it set up and configured.The typical way to get help is to:1. Read the docs2. Try to do what they say3. Ask specific questions when things don't go as expected.Which step are you on?Jack

Where are those docs? (sorry i've been searching stuff on Youtube but they do it in a different way that i don't understand).Thanks for the reply!
