OS Ticket v1.9.5Windows 7 Host OSPHP 5.4.7Hello All,I've noticed that when a new user is added to a ticket, they are added in the User directory as a GUEST with the ability to self register or I can go in and manually register them.I was very pleased to see the support for LDAP/AD under the Authentication Source! (A big thanks to the programmer(s) for that!).Oddly enough I found that if someone has already registered then the option disappears.I know that I can manually update the user's record in the database by doing the following:- navigate to the 'ost_user_account' table and edit the user account in question (you will notice that they might be the only one that has something other than NULL in the passwd field (encrypted LOCAL password).select NULL checkbox for the passwd and ensure that you add ldap.client to the field value for backendCan someone tell if there is a way to select the option within the front end? Again this is assuming that the user is already registered using the LOCAL authentication.Thank you,~d
