We give rights to teachers to install software when they submit a ticket. We go in and give them temporary access to do this. Than in about 2 days we remove the rights. Is it possible to create a column that will show the day the rights should be removed. I guess we would want it to work like this. When we edit the ticket and tell them they have the rights. Have some way that the ticket moves to another column, maybe under Action. Than when we remove the rights and the ticket is closed, it moves to Closed.
